About

Our Team Leader Apprenticeship is designed to equip apprentices with the fundamental knowledge and understanding of team leading and supervising within a business. Learners will develop knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, developing staff, communication skills, change and performance management and planning and project management. During the programme, learners will be supported by a mentor. This is a 12-month programme leading to an endpoint assessment of a portfolio of evidence, a presentation of their learning and a professional discussion.

Our Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship is designed to equip apprentices with the fundamental knowledge and understanding of team leading/supervising within a business. During the programme, learners will be supported by assessors who will ensure learners attain the skills needed.
