Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship

Includes the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. Build the knowledge and behaviours to operate as a strategic HR partner and improve people and organisational performance.

Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship

A strong foundation for those starting in HR or moving into a people role. Gain confidence supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.

Who is the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship for?
Early-career professionals or employees moving into HR roles. You’ll build confidence supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR activity.
What does the Level 5 People Professional apprenticeship include?
The programme includes the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma, live tutor-led classes, one-to-one mentoring, access to our learning platform and preparation for end-point assessment (EPA).
How are programmes funded?
Apprenticeships can be funded through the Apprenticeship Levy (large employers) or co-investment (SMEs). Our team will help you choose the most suitable route. Commercial study is fee-paid.
Do I need CIPD membership?
CIPD membership is required for Level 5. Membership provides resources, networks and professional recognition while you study.
What are the time commitments?
Level 3 typically takes around 12 months; Level 5 around 22 months. Both use flexible online delivery with scheduled live sessions and guided independent study.
