The Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship is designed for HR Professionals working in medium to large organisations or as HR Managers in small organisations. They provide front line support to managers and employees, handling day-to-day queries, offering HR advice, and managing HR processes from recruitment to retirement.
Apprentices use HR systems to maintain records, provide HR information to the business, and collaborate on HR changes. They are responsible for advising managers on HR issues to ensure compliance with company policy and employment law, reducing the risk of legal implications. The apprenticeship does not cover team management in larger organisations, which should be addressed separately by the employer.
